- A QR code containing the chat history will appear on the old device.
- Open WhatsApp on the new device and go to the Settings tab.
- Click on the “Chats” option and select “Chat Transfer.”
- Click on the “Scan QR code” option and scan the QR code displayed on the old device.
- Once the QR code is scanned, the chat history will be transferred from the old device to the new device using Wi-Fi Direct.
